Joe Tawfik | CEO/Strategy Head

Joe is the founder and CEO of Kinetic Consulting. Joe has over 25 years of senior management experience. Over the years he has started-up, developed and coached numerous companies to success. He has worked across industries and won several awards for business excellence and quality over the years. Joe has an extensive and proven track record for achieving outstanding results for clients based all over the world. Joe is also the author of the leading business book on customer experience called Experience My Brand: how successful companies develop loyal customers and increase profits. Joe leads the Strategy practice at Kinetic.



Craig Lee | Partner & Transformation Head

Craig Lee is a CX transformist. He improves business results by changing the way we think, design and transact with customers. He helps organisations drive customer centricity and reshapes customer experiences across multiple touch points. He has a unique understanding of brands, customer needs and behaviours and what this means to the delivery of profitable customer experiences, services and processes.  Craig has extensive luxury brand experience and a proven track record with the establishment of the Emirates Airline CX programme. He is a recognised international speaker on CX and on getting CX started and rejuvenating stalled CX programmes.


Broderick Smith | IT/AI Head Consultant

Broderick is a highly experienced and successful advisory consultant with an impressive track record in IT, systems integration, managed services and online application development. He has 17 years' experience managing his own technology companies while also dedicating 9 years to cyber-security and information governance - giving him the perfect blend of expertise for your business needs.

Broderick has helped countless businesses and governments transform their operations, technology, and structure to achieve improved efficiency that meets customer needs. Their core specialties include digital transformation strategies for an array of stakeholders. Moreover, Broderick also offers expertise in information governance programs as well as security policies; recent clients hail from both local/state government entities and GOCs across the country.


Zolltan Bartha | UX/UIDesign Head

Zoltan is an accomplished Senior UX/UI Designer with a robust background in digital product design and emerging technology integration.

He has substantial experience in digital product design, having developed a sophisticated web application for a US-based Big 4 consulting firm and an innovative mobile app for renewable energy and electricity management for a leading Norwegian enterprise.

With extensive experience spanning over a decade, he combines a deep understanding of user behavior with a technical acumen to create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Zoltan has driven innovative projects across diverse industries, leveraging his expertise in data-driven design and user experience research to optimize digital solutions.
